CULTIVATION

Reperso seed is grown only in the categories (Nucelo and Prebase) to guarantee the maximum purity of the variety.

SELECTION

The most excellent seeds are selected and certified to be ready for cultivation the following year.

SOWING

The certified seeds are planted and, after processing at Riseria Lodigiana, are ready for all gourmet tables.
