COOKING

1 - Pour the contents into a saucepan with a drizzle of oil and sauté for a minute. Stirring, pour in half a glass of water (or white wine) and let it evaporate.

2 - Pour four glasses of water (700 ml), preferably hot, and finish cooking (18/20 minutes) stirring regularly.

3 – It does not require the addition of cheese or butter to cream it, nor the addition of broth.

Recommended cooking time: 18/20 minutes"
